1 onion minced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can beef consomme
2/3 cup lemon juice (do not double)
2/3 cup dry red wine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups medium egg noodles uncooked
1 cup sour cream
Brown beef & onion. Drain. Add mushrooms, consomme, lemon juice, wine, salt, pepper and uncooked noodles. Stir well & bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 5-6 minutes. Stir in sour cream and transfer to greased casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
